The other day the government served Bill Benson with an IRS administrative summons
seeking the same information it sought in the injunction litigation.
We have filed a motion to quash the summons (Docs
144 and 145) and a motion for
an order to show cause re contempt (Docs
147 and 148).
Yesterday the government filed its opposition to both motions (Docs 150 and 152).
Today we filed our reply to the government's opposition. (Doc 153).
