The District Court again did not hold a hearing but ruled on our motion to quash,
our motion for an order to show cause re contempt for issuing an administrative
summons asking for the same information the Court held the government was not entitled
to, and the government's motion to hold Bill in contempt.
Both motions for OSC were denied, the government's without prejudice. The Court
has ordered Benson to file a new declaration.
The motion to quash the summons was denied.
